Devil in a Blue Dress

This is a better dress in my opinion. It's Sexier and the color is amazing. It's a similar style but the look is amazing!

just got a wonderful cap sleeve blue dress @ Express for $45 that looks like the wayf one. Have worn it twice and was complimented and asked about it nonstop. Blue really does look great on many skin types in the rich royal and navy tones.
