First off, I hate to say this but I've recently become addicted to MTV's The Hills. I can't help it. I know it's all fake but I just like getting a glimpse into Teen Vogue where LC and Whitney work. Speaking of Teen Vogue, is it just me or is this magazine better than Vogue itself?
I love the DIY fashion features they are doing with some of the top fashion designers to help you create your own look. I'm not sure why Vogue or other fashion mags aren't picking up on this trend but I think Project Runway has certainly helped push this movement.
So take a visit to Teen Vogue's DIY section and learn how to make your own LBD with Marchesa, sew up a party dress with Valentine Leung, or chic up a basic white oxford with Phillip Lim. All you need is some scissors and needle/thread to start making your own fashion statement.
yes, i am obsessed with the Hills. we DVR it and watch a bunch at once (because just one is like having just one potato chip, or truffle). and clearly I need to get my hands on a copy of Teen Vogue!
