Project Runway 4: Sarah Jessica Parker gets BITTEN

Pr4 Winnerepisode2
Let's discuss Wednesday's night Project Runway. I loved seeing SJP on the show, even though she's trying to promote her BITTEN line. I also loved their big maaaybe it will be a part of the fall/winter collection that was always added as part of the prize. As for the winning dress, I thought Victorya's dress design was very cute. And even though the vest ,with it's "amazing" racer back looked stylish with it, I actually prefer it without the vest (see right from Get the Look). It looks way more stylish and shows off the bow and pockets better. FabSugar reports that as of now this outfit is available at Steve & Barry stores nationwide but a stretch-cotton version for $19.98 and a grey/black plain vest for $14.98. (No photo of the outfit yet on the BITTEN site.)

And I'm really wondering about Victorya's future looks. Will she continue to bring babydoll black continuously down the runway? As wearable and fashionable now her clothes are, I'm hoping to see what her look and style ends up being. No more babydolls!
By the way, is it just me or does the model above look a tiny bit like Whitney on The Hills?

Elisasweetp Capelet

I do have to say I was so pleasantly surprised by the look created by Elisa and Sweet P. The cape and dress are modern concepts. Probably too innovative for SJP's Bitten line to be mass produced, but I would totally love wearing this more!

And finally, did I speak too soon on Christian? We shall see. I haven't lost hope yet!

SJP looked super cute on the show!

don't forget this wasn't just victorya's outfit, kevin made the vest which i think makes the entire outfit!

So far Victorya is my favorite (Kit(t)? a close second)...although her style is simple and both her dresses so far were similar, I feel she has the creativity and talent to avoid Laura-like redundancy.

As for Christian, I want to root for him (his personality and personal style is so cute!) but I find his work rather unapologetically derivative. His first outfit looked like a Vivienne Westwood and his second (as the judges pointed out) like Mugler. I'm curious to see what he comes out with next though too!

I was also very surprised that Sweet P and Elisa turned out so cute. I was sure that if Elisa wasn't kicked off the first episode that she would be auf'd on the second.

I'm just not sure how long she will be able to pull off handstitching all of her garments.
