Crafty Chica Ad and Safe Sparkle Rally

If you check out the latest issue of BUST magazine (april/may 08), I'm in an ad along with my crafty friends to celebrate the launch of the new craft line, Crafty Chica! Kathy of Crafty Chica and I've have been friends since I started working for CRAFT magazine, so I'm so proud of what she's accomplished over the years and now with this new product line! You'll have to check it out soon this summer at your local Michael's stores. Her product line has everything from glitter, glue, tools, kits, and more! I love her line of glitter and the colors are so vibrant and fun! I gillterized a Crafty Chica tote bag while at the CHA conference in Feb.

Safe Sparkle Rally - Tuesday April 8
Crafty Chica and a few of our friends including my fellow Craftzine blogger Jenny Ryan, are going to host a Safe Sparkle Rally in Burbank, April 8th outside of Ellen's studios because if you haven't heard by now, Ellen hates glitter and wants it banned. Here's more info on the rally next week!

You look so cute in the ad! I wish I could have gone to the Safe Sparkle Rally. You just know they will make it onto an episode of Ellen with their "Glitter is not Litter" protest signs and I can't wait to see!
