Budget Sweater Finds at Forever 21

It's no secret that I love to shop for budget finds at Forever 21. If you can handle browsing in the crowded store, you can usually find a few key pieces that turn out to be what I'd like to call seasonal wardrobe highlights. You know, something in the range of 20 bucks that you end up wearing all the time for that season and then happily let it go. I love the look of the Asha Open Front Cardigan ($27.80) shown above with out the waist tie.
