The new look of shrugs this season isn't just all about the little cropped ones anymore. This season, shrugs take on a more loose, boxy shape. I love these two modern shrugs pictured above: Alice + Olivia Chunky Shrug ($231 on sale at Shopbop) and MK2K Cable Knit Shrug ($114 at Shopbop).

i never really cared for the short, more fitted shrugs. i like these long and flowing ones much better :) thanks for pointing out some good ones!

The MK2K is utterly gorgeous ... and I'm not a huge fan of cables!
