Project Runway Season 8 + HP TouchSmart

I'm excited for Season 8 of Project Runway tonight on Lifetime. I'm so glad it's on earlier now at 9pm! Instead of paper sketchbooks, the fashion designers are all equipped with the HP TouchSmart tm2, a touchscreen laptop/tablet that comes with an attached pen. I love how technology is finally moving into the fashion world and it's amazing to see how colorful and detailed the sketches can be.

Joe Zee in Chanel's Faux-Fur Suit

This is video is one of the many reasons why I love Joe Zee. Hey, he's a fellow Zee, what's not to love?! He knows so much about fashion and yet he definitely has a sense of humor about it all. Watch this special Elle.com video where he parades around NY in a Chanel faux-fur suit.

I love that when people are questioning him, he replies "It's Chanel! It's Chanel!" Reminds me of when I met him last fall, he said he'd take a pic with me cuz I was styling with my Chanel handbag. Gotta love Chanel and we gotta love Joe Zee!

It's beach time for most places around (except SF where it's still cold and foggy). No longer is it just about a towel or a terry robe. These days, cover ups are a fashion statement themselves. A Visit to the New Glam Media Office

I had a great time lunching today at the new Glam office with Julieta of Glam, Tami of Fete a Fete and Stephanie of Stiletto Jungle. We had a yummy thai lunch and got a special tour of the place by Julieta.
