Ruffle-Neck Chambray Dress

Once in a while I find major gems at Old Navy (previously it was my black hooded empire waist bubble jacket which I sadly lost on the street - sigh). I tend not to shop there because I wore Old Navy maternity so much for the course of a year (pregnancy and a few months after Chloe) that frankly I'm sick of them. But there are wonderful beauties you can find that don't necessarily scream "Old Navy", if you know what I mean. Case in point is this Ruffle-Neck Chambray Dress that's only $29.50!
