Don't forget to book your appointment for next Thursday's Alan Pan Estee Lauder event at Macy's Union Square! Estee Lauder International Makeup Artist Alan Pan his team will be conducting makeovers and this is your chance to learn inside tips and techniques for makeup and skincare. He's worked backstage at London Fashion Week, several award ceremonies, and has done make up for celebrities and models.
You won't want to miss this chance because this is only one of three stops London-based Alan Pan has in the U.S. (The other two are NY and LA.) It's going to be a huge event inside Macy's too so you won't want to miss the fun!

Here's two of my favorite tips from him. (He's a super expert on eyes!) Book your appointment and learn tips just for you!
Q: What is your no. 1 makeup tip?
Alan Pan: People always ask me this, and my answer is not about the makeup - it's about SKINCARE . The best way to achieve a flawless, radiant makeup look is to ensure you have a smooth, healthy canvas to work with.
Q: What color eyeshadow will suit me?
Alan Pan: You should match your eye color to your mood, and to what you're wearing. I see lots of people who stick to one or two colours, as they are stuck in a routine. There are some rules to make things easier though! If the skin around the eye area is starting to thin, avoid pinky and blue colours as this will accentuate the creppiness. Stick to warmer tones instead.
