I am just as surprised as you are over JLo's Sweetface Fall 06 show. I found this collection to have much more wearable clothes that remind me more of a sexy 60s Parisian woman than Ms. Lopez herself. I love the knits and the big bows. Ladylike feminine with a sexy edge.
I know this could look like a painter's smock, but I actually really like this modern/feminine take on the trench coat. The color is very fresh too.
I want this coat.
Knits were defintely a theme and I thought this sweater jacket was very different. I may need to take a look at the drawstring thing at the bottom and the rear to make my final decision on whether or not I'd wear it. But maybe with some skinny jeans this could work. Kudos for the fresh take on knits.
More knit with a long scarf paired with sweater and cap. The proportions look really good here.
