There's a new Marc by Marc Jacobs store that just opened up on Filmore street here in San Francisco and I can't believe I haven't been there yet. The line is a cheaper alternative to his Marc Jacobs label but it still has that casual and stylish attitude. And lately, this lower end line is cropping up some hip looking handbags that are really affordable. I love this gold metallic tote bag, Soft Leather North/South Holdall with plenty of zippers and flaps! And a good price at $428.
This Pretty Leather Shopper ($398) in black is also perfect to hold everything you have.
And here's the new store in San Francisco, as shown on Marc Jacob's web site. The location used to be this ultra modern furniture shop that was really stark. There would always be five or so massive pieces but I never saw anyone inside aside from the one or two employees. This is much better now. Peet's coffee is across the street so you can grab a coffee or one of their yummy italian sodas.
