Looking among the Spring 2007 shows there were a lots of similarities. Lots of belts which were either skinny or big tied around jackets, dresses, skirts or pants.
The only two designers who seemed to breathe some fresh air were Zac Posen and Phillip Lim. Both designers have a sleek and clean style, but I loved Zac's varying shapes from kimono style wrap, tulip style trench dress, tie front cocktail dress, and his last piece an ornately shaped ball gown. His artistry is amazing.

3.1 Philip Lim took a simpler and clean white approach with these four styles of dresses that showed ease was more important this season than structure.
