Every time this year, our Maker Faire event takes over. Just know that I'm not ignoring you dear readers and that I'm busy at work. Trench coats are a classic staple but who wants one in boring khaki? I love the colorful summer trench coat picks at Stylehive and this Tommy Hilfiger Shelborne Piped Trench Coat is my favorite. I recently went to the Swarovski store and found that they had a great selection of bracelets that made me feel like I was visiting Japan. They were sooo adorably cute, it was hard for me to pick just one. I ended up getting the gold Green Bracelet ($125) because I loved the little trees sparking in pink and purple and the reversible pink shiny epoxy on the other side. (Top image shows the close up of the trees.) I love the idea of wearing a few different kinds of skinny bracelets all together to make up your own look.

Margi Kent has been fashion designer and personal stylist for clients such as Meryl Streep, Demi Moore, Mariah Carey, Kim Cattrall, Teri Hatcher, Neil Diamond and the late Beatle George Harrison. She's re-entering the high-end retail market this fall with her new collection that goes back to her roots in the 70's and 80's rock n' roll scene. One of my favorite fashion designers is Portland, Oregon based Liza Rietz has her Spring/Summer collection up for sale now in her online shop. The collection is just so beautiful I can't even being to describe it all so be sure to check out all the stunning photos.
