I breezed in and out of Anthropologie the other day (I had self control somehow) and this Sunner Double Duty Cape ($248 at Anthropologie) caught my eye on the way out. I love that it's gathered in the waist area for a flattering fit, yet it's still flowy at the arms like a cape should be. This is on my wish list!
