The queen of prints and the wrap dress, Diane von Furstenberg didn't disappoint those looking for full-fledged fashion and glamour at the DVF Fall 2011 Runway Show. Fall continues spring's theme of vibrant color and her mix of reds, blues, and greens give a wonderful pop in a sea of black. Her gauchos are still the talk of fashion week. I couldn't help but notice a bit of YSL Rive Gauche inspiration in the show too!
DVF started the show sexy with black as a key color. The gauchos paired with tall boots is going to be a fall favorite of mine.
From an ikat inspired black and white wrap dress (updated with a leather obi belt) to a beautiful bold green printed silk dress, the various silhouettes in the collection are perfect for any figure.
Color played a key role in the show and I love how these colorful gauchos are paired together with the faux fur.
Show-stopping sequined gowns finished off the show and I'm wondering if i'll see these looks at the Oscars next month. Just dazzling!
