Tie front blouses are so feminine and sweet for fall. I am really loving how this '70s trend is being re-styled for 2011. Pair them with a chic pencil skirt and even mix up patterns like this Dots Within Blouse (at left, $118 at Anthropologie) or wear the color of the moment red, paired with a color-blocked pleated skirt like the Parker Tie Front Blouse (at right, $198 at Shopbop). I also love the look with a nice pantsuit for the office. For a more casual look, wear it with some wide-leg jeans or denim shorts a la Alexa Chung. Keep the bow looking slouchy or just do a loose knot to let the ends fly free.
