Yesterday I had a brief moment of bliss on Maiden Lane in San Francisco. I had to go to the Tory Burch boutique to exchange a pair of shoes for a larger size. I only had thirty minutes to do all this and leave in time to pick up my daughter from school. I started to relax a bit and decided to enjoy a little bit of window shopping. When I arrived at the Hermes window, I completely stopped and gasped. There before me was the most amazing large origami paper horse wearing an Hermes blanket and saddle. I knew I needed to snap a picture to capture the moment!
Each of the Hermes windows I walked by had more amazing origami integrated along with the fashions. I love the little horses with wings!
While waiting for the sales associate at Tory Burch, I started drooling over all the amazing colorful pieces on display.
These days, my cellphone does so much more than just allow me to talk, text or email. I don't know what I would do without having my cell phone camera handy. I've come to realize how it's a way of documenting my life, from cool fashion inspiration to taking snaps of Chloe and my pom Lulu. I also use it to "take notes". Instead of typing notes into my phone, I have found it easier to just take a photo. Whether it's a pair of shoes I like or a book, I just snap a pic to remind myself about it later on when I'm home.
I ended up getting the right sized pair of Tory Burch Murphey sneakers! Here's my photo tweet. So happy!
