Yesterday while grocery shopping at Whole Foods, I came across a sample table for the cocokind organic skincare brand. The founder, Priscilla Tsai was there and showed me the array of products. (I didn't realize she was the founder until I came across their web site last night). She pumped some of the cocokind organic facial repair serum ($13.99) on my hand and my skin just felt amazing after. The ingredients include organic virgin coconut oil, organic avocado oil and organic rosehip oil. These ingredients contain essential fatty acids that help repair your skin as well as moisturizes. The antioxidants heal damaged skin, including helping scars and age spots. There's a link here on their website that talks more about the details of their ingredients and why they are good for your skin.
You can use it twice a day under your moisturizer. I started using it last night and also this morning and my skin has been feeling great with it!
Also, the company is socially conscious and they donate proceeds to give clean water, food and education to children in need supporting several nonprofits including No Kid Hungry and SF Marin Food Bank.
I'm looking forward to trying more of the products from cocokind now that I know they are available at Whole Foods.
