Hi lovelies! I took a few weeks off the blog to hang out with my daughter before she started second grade. It really was great to just be off the computer and go out on mini adventures with her. Now that school has started, I'm back! I've got lots of new things to share.
First off, I have been using the new NARS Audacious Mascara ($26) non-stop. It's been sort of my daily staple for a quick makeup look in the day. It was part of my quick routine of just using a bit of cream blush, lipstick and mascara to get myself out the door quickly. This new mascara doesn't disappoint. It's big brush makes my lashes L-O-N-G. Exactly what I look for in a mascara! There are over 200 molded bristles and lengthening hooks which helps to grip and coat your lashes from roots to tips. There's also no flaking after all day wear.
The new NARS Kohliner ($24) is also fabulous. I went to a formal event last weekend and ditched the liquid liner for this one. It is perfectly matte-black and the presion of the liner is fantastic. I could really get into the lash line to create a well-defined bold line.
